Personal Skills Overview

nervous systemThe science of strategy gives your people a powerful view of how the competitive world works. As they master it principles, formulas, and specialized vocabulary, they become fully involved in the competitive process, automatically making better decisions more easily.

We train in three separate but related areas of skill. Each offers its won unique benefits. All three area work together to address scope of demands in front-line decision-making.

Positional awareness is a comprehensive, systematic perspective for seeing complex, competitive environments. When you can see the relative strengths and weaknesses of competitive positions and map the relationships among various positions, challenges seem less threatening and situations more controllable.

Opportunity development builds up existing positions and explores new areas successfully. While most people feel trapped in rut, as people master these skills, they instantly begin to see new opportunities all around them. They learn to make small, incremental advances that your competitors cannot oppose.

Situation response is the study of the appropriate response to specific challenges. This is the most detailed and advanced aspect of our training. Those trained in this area can respond appropriately to threats, avoiding unnecessary conflict, and neutralize competitive rivals.
