Our Unique Training System

For a Flash Overview of our Strategic Maturity Model, click here.

Our training is new way of bringing ancient well-proven principles to a new generation of workers. Traditional business training teaches people how to follow the pre-defined steps in a business process. Our training in Sun Tzu's The Art of War gives people the strategic perspective and skills they need to make the right decisions outside of any predefined process. We teach people how to recognize opportunities and safely pursue them.

Our training starts with evaluating people's roles and whether or not those roles require the skills we teach. Our assessment tools identify if and where our training is the most valuable.

Our training programs introduce your people to a new framework for seeing their position on the front lines. Our training introduces them a powerful set of tools that will make them experts at identifying and using opportunities and finding solutions to unique challenges.

Our training philosophy and methods is unique because the research shows that you cannot train people in decision-making the same way that you train them in process. We offer a unique combination of live interaction with on-line practice. Both components of our program are designed to sharpen your people's decision-making skills by forcing them to make better decisions in simulations.
