If my people are trained, how will I see positive results?
If you’ve ever asked this question, we have the answer.
The Science of Strategy Institute offers a number of surveys and instruments for determining what
front-line strategic skills people need and what their current level of
abilities is. These tools
- focus on the decisions that your people must make every day,
- identity which people in your organization need strategic training,
- quantify how well they apply basic strategic skills to their decisions,
- reveal where the gaps in their skills are and how to best address them,
- provide solid information for making good decisions about training,
and
- point to specific types of training solutions provided by the
Institute.
And, since our tools are available on-line, these assessments are easy to administer
and deliver fast results!
